As part of the final roof inspection process from your local building department, J&K Roofing places a ladder to the roof on your property so that the city inspector can inspect your roof. We also leave a door hanger explaining the process. The inspection is usually complete within 1-2 business days. We’ll remove the ladder as soon as we know the inspection has taken place.
